My First Semester Journey as a Student on a Modular Modality

Due to the pandemic, students are affected too. On October 5, 2020, the school year 2020-2021 started. This school year has been difficult to us students. Last year we just expecting 3 weeks of lockdown but sadly it ended up for several months.

This school year 2020-2021, I’m a Senior High School student. Because of the pandemic, the Department of Education implemented a modular distance learning for us to learn. In this new normal, every week I received modules and task sheets for the whole week. Every week that I received the modules and answer sheets it feels like that I can learn new things. However, I feel sad because I can’t meet my classmates and teachers. As the days goes by we learn new new experiences and lessons about it.

Although its hard I can finish it because there are people who believes on me. I am Krizza Mae Q. Peria, Grade 11 student of Cotta National High School

Staying Organized

Who me? Organized? My husband might tell you otherwise, but I do find it hard to keep track of our weekly schedule. You know: school, swimming, grocery shopping, tidying up, paying bills, remembering appointments and so on. Fortunately, in our house we all pitch in. No one person does everything. But we do have a little secret that helps our day run more smoothly.
